If you find a lower price, within two weeks, on a cruise vacation you purchased from us, provide us with details in writing; including proof of the availability of the exact cruise arrangements. The lower rate must be for the same cruise ship, sailing date, category, deck and assigned cabin. Rate must be published and available to the general public. Consolidator, group, incentive, guarantee form of reservation, meeting or convention rates are excluded. You must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the cruise line for that lower rate. Any lower rate that is offered for new bookings only will not be protected. If all the conditions are met, we will then match that rate. If for any reason we cannot match that rate then we will give you the cruise for free. Guarantee is valid for cruise fare only. Airfare, non-commissionable fees, taxes, land components, shipboard or group amenities are excluded. Rates cannot be matched when the same category or deck is sold out.
